Attendees have 4 Options To Choose From (all prices are based on double occupancy, except camping.)
1) Camping - tent, camper, RV, horse trailer (sorry, no hookups available) Bathrooms and showers available.

available. 2 queen beds, bathrooms & showers adjacent.

PLEASE NOTE: *Rooms in Bunkhouse & Lodge are limited.
You will be asked to list, in order, your lodging preferences (1 to 3).
We will do our best to accommodate lodging requests.
If available, private rooms may be requested at additional cost.
Traveling with more than 1 or 2 friends? Some rooms at the lodge will accommodate additional people. Retreat fee/person will be adjusted accordingly.

Fees include:
-all meals
-hors d'oeuvres & wine before dinner

-paddocks, with water, for horses (you can bring more than one horse)
-all retreat activities
-guided trail rides
-use of arenas
-arena activities including, cattle sorting/cutting or roping with wranglers

The registration process this year is a 2 part process:
PART 1
1. Complete the 2021 HWBG registration form (see link below), listing your lodging preferences, 1st-3rd.
Also, check your preferred payment method: Venmo, Credit Card, or Check
2. Complete the V6 Liability form, BOTH pages (see link below)
3. Return completed forms by:

You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your registration. This email will contain payment instructions. We will hold your spot for 3 days.
