Registration for retreat & lodging is a 3 part process:

-You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your registration and instructions on how to proceed to submit your $300 nonrefundable deposit
-Your spot will be held for 3 days once payment request or invoice is sent.

After your registration and payment have been received you will be sent
the information you will need to arrange your lodging or arrange to lease a ranch horse, if necessary
PLEASE BE FLEXIBLE. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMODATE YOUR LODGING REQUESTS.
4 RETREAT ACCOMMODATIONS:

Attendees have 4 Options To Choose From (all prices are based on double occupancy, except camping.)
1) Camping - tent, camper, RV, horse trailer (sorry, no hookups available) Bathrooms and showers available.
No additional charge
2) "Glamping" - 3 "glamping" tents
available. 1 queen bed, 1 twin, bathrooms & showers adjacent.
$209.74 per person/double occupancy ($419.47 single)
3) FULL*Bunkhouse-6 available FULL
2 twin beds, bathrooms & showers adjacent.
$209.74 per person/double occupancy
4) *Lodge - private bath
Rooms range from $$664.78 to $916.72 depending on room
PLEASE NOTE: *Rooms in Lodge are limited.
We will do our best to accommodate lodging requests.
Rooms at the lodge will accommodate 2-4 people, depending on the room.

All Lodge Rooms, Bunkhouse Rooms and Glamping tents will be paid for upon check in at the Parkfield Cafe. They can split up the charges among guests during the check in process
Retreat Fees include:

-hors d'oeuvres before dinner
-snacks
-paddocks, with water, for horses (you may bring more than one horse)
-all retreat activities
-guided trail rides
-use of arenas
-arena activities including, cattle sorting/cutting or roping with wranglers
LIMITED number of ranch horses available for lease for the weekend! $350
